This house is conceived as a flexible system composed of two independent volumes connected by a taller central module.
The design is not based on a closed form, but rather on a modular logic that allows for different layouts depending on the plot and the desired living style. The precision of the surfaces and the interior organization defines a measured balance between compactness and spaciousness.
The central space, illuminated by a skylight, acts as an articulating core, bringing verticality and natural light to the whole.
